What we collect: Name, email address, phone number, pickup location and preferences when you place a platter order.
How we use it: To process and fulfil your order, send order confirmations and pickup reminders, and to contact you about any issues with your order.
Who we share it with: Your order details are shared only with the relevant SNOWFOX store franchisee to fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention: Order records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@snowfoxsushi.com.au.
Terms & Conditions
Platter Pre-Order Terms
All platter orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the requested pickup time.
Orders are subject to availability. SNOWFOX Sushi reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if the requested items cannot be fulfilled, with full refund where applicable.
Cancellations and amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After this window, orders cannot be changed.
Pre-paid orders cancelled within the allowable window will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
SNOWFOX Sushi platters are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Uncollected orders will not be refunded unless prior arrangement has been made with the store.
